Email Sudoku Online Puzzles
The best way to reach us is by email. Send questions, bug reports, puzzle feedback, classroom requests, or policy queries to:
contact@sudoku-online-puzzles.com
We read every message ourselves, so a little context helps us respond faster. If your note is about a specific puzzle or tool, include the page URL, the puzzle type, the difficulty level, your device, your browser, and the steps that led to the problem.
What to Include in Your Message
Clear reports help us improve the site for everyone. You do not need to write a formal support ticket, but the details below are especially useful.
Bug reports and technical problems
If a puzzle will not load, a button does not respond, a timer behaves oddly, or a saved game disappears, tell us exactly what happened. Please mention whether you were playing classic Sudoku, Killer Sudoku, Jigsaw Sudoku, a printable puzzle, the solver, the scanner, or another page.
- The page URL where the issue happened
- Your device type, such as desktop, tablet, or phone
- Your browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge
- Any settings you changed before the issue appeared
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if you have one
Puzzle corrections and solving questions
If you think a puzzle has more than one answer, has no valid solution, or is graded at the wrong difficulty, please send the puzzle link and describe where you got stuck. For solver questions, include the givens you entered and the result you expected. This lets us compare the puzzle against the same grid rather than guessing from a description.
Feature requests and new Sudoku variants
We welcome practical ideas from players. If you want a new variant, a different control option, a print setting, a hint style, or a quality-of-life improvement, explain how you would use it and which page it belongs on. Player feedback helps us decide which improvements will help the most people.
Classroom, club, and family use
Teachers, tutors, parents, and puzzle club organisers are welcome to use our free Sudoku pages. If you need help finding age-appropriate puzzles, printable sheets, easier grids, or solver resources for teaching, tell us the age group and the type of activity you are planning.
Privacy, copyright, and policy questions
For privacy questions, start with our Privacy Policy. For permitted use of the website, see our Terms of Use. If your question is not answered there, email us and include the page or material you are asking about.
Before You Email
Some common tasks can be handled immediately through the site. Our Sudoku Solver can check a grid, the Printable Sudoku page can create paper puzzles, and the Blog & Tips section explains strategies for common solving problems.
We cannot recover progress that was only stored in your browser, guarantee that every suggested puzzle variant will be built, or provide personal step-by-step tutoring for every individual puzzle. We do, however, use messages from players to find bugs, clarify confusing pages, and choose future improvements.
When Will You Reply?
Sudoku Online Puzzles is a small independent site. We usually aim to reply within a few working days, and we prioritise messages about broken pages, accessibility issues, privacy concerns, and puzzle errors that affect many players.
